"Backpack Full of Cash" Screening Spurs Discussion on For-Profit Charters

Great turnout for the December 11th screening of the documentary “Backpack Full of Cash” at the Costick Center.  The film focuses on the impact privatizing public education has had on the entire public education system. Following the film a panel discussion on the for-profit charter school movement in Michigan.  The event was co-sponsored by the Farmington Area PTA Council.
